Ah, really bold, neat colors and shading here. I like the expressions she's got-- she looks like she's got a sharp personality that can be picked out even when she's just staring into space! Only minor problem I can notice is that her stomach-to-legs area is kind of straight up-and-down or flat-looking, and generally one would expect a bit of curve there for the hips. Aside from that it's neat, stylistic and cool~ good job!
