1. The broken wings: they seem furry rather than feathery, and appear as if you tried to do a skeletal look first and gave up on it. (They are too large to be skeletal as well)
2 Eyes: Shadows under them are too heavy, appear like mascara. They are also a bit large in proportion to the heads.
3. Background: I like the gradual gradient though its a bit bland. More feathers in a halo-like effect maybe, or some clouds?
But as I said, overall, a nice pic. Good job!
